Our European roots inspire a broad selection of goodies to sample, but one of our staples and most popular breads is our Muskoka Rye. Topped with Sesame seeds, and with a hint of rye, this full-bodied bread has few ingredients, and no added sugar. We try to keep refined sugars out of our recipes, and this applies to our breads as well. Substituting real maple syrup infuses essential minerals and flavour into many of our sweets, including our butter tarts – sweetened with maple syrup at all times of the year.
